Steve Cokely Born June 17, 1952 One of the founding fathers of the "woke" community Steve Cokely was known as a futurologist (systematic forecasting of future trends in society) who taught lectures on water conservation, organic farming, and communal living. With over 5k lectures in his tenure as an educator, he fearless touched on topics easily tossed around today such as The Trilateral Commission, The Bilderberg Group, Rothchilds, Rockefellers, etc. Researcher/Lecturer who advocated for economic political liberation for moors of America ("b-lacks/African-Americans") Served as a special asst. to the former mayor of Chicago Eugene Sawyer Cokely also an assistant to the special committee on rules under late Mayor Harold Washington Cokely's research journeyed into the history of Marcus Garvey, the Black Panthers and other areas of African-American history. Dr. Dilbert Blair Born: February 13, 1933 Deceased: January 31, 2016 This figure, like many of these other influential minds had many titles while pursuing his goals throughout his lifetime. Dr. Blair would be another multi facetted soul as well. As a Historian, Lecture, Engineer, Poet, Minister, Researcher, Educator and Metaphysician. Many in the "conscious"/aware community would site Dr. Blair as being one of the founding on the subject of Higher Consciousness among many of his other colleagues. Toussaint Louverture Born: May 20 1743 Deceased: April 7, 1803 Here in 2016 many are eager for the release of Nate Parker's 'Birth Of A Nation,' a film based on the Nat Turner's Southhampton Rebellion. Some may argue that Turner's 1831 uprisings had minimal affects that benefited those engaged in the first place, due to the fact that he and his followers were not completely victorious in the end (ultimately ending in 50-60 executions) . O ne the worlds most revolutionary leaders/military minds, that led his fellow Haitians to stand against the entire country of France, was Toussaint Louverture.
