Still Celebrating "Black" HIStory Month

YO LVR Nation!!

Its been a long month and its only half way through, I know everyone is enjoying this wintry weather the Universe is throwing at us. There's not much longer before we get a nice little boost of warmth and to see this Sun on a daily basis in a little bit.

But since people are still being tuned into the "black" HIStory programming I thought I would post a few more topics for my fellow researchers to look into. I came across a few video that could spark interest for people that are tired of listening to the same Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King (and now Obama) videos. Here is a video about one of the Black Wall Streets in Tulsa, Oklahoma (others being in Durham, NC and another Baton Rouge, LA) .

These communities were known as the "Negro"(melenated) Metropolises of their time. These leaders were in the business for up lifting their own communities by establishing their own economic system without support of outside influence. Mind you the people that tried to bring the fall of these great communities had a great amount of hate for this progression, so the "Black" Holocaust that is depicted is very graphic. Check out the video and leave a comment (not all at once haha) on what you all think about it.

I also ran across another short movie with a father showing his kids (younger than 8 yrs olds )the importance of Knowledge Of Self. It is really a nice vid to show some younger kids (and maybe some small minded adults). Its a vid with a nice message that will make you laugh some too. I enjoyed so I know everyone else will do the same. Until the next time LVR Nation.

*Disclaimer* I am not posting this video to ensue any type of violent or disagreeable energy toward any type of person. The purpose video is to show the prosperous endeavors of the melenated businesses and the affects it had. There is a slide show of graphic pics up to 8:50. So if your going to feel some type of way you might want to start after the 8:50 mark.

Hate from any external standpoint always has an origin from within, on any platform.
